RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• 3-5 years recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Active Arkansas or multistate nursing license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in emergency care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on available staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for safe delivery of emergency department patient care
• Exercise leadership in anticipation and planning for patient care needs
