Job Description:

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced NICU RN to care for critically ill or premature newborns. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide both high-acuity care and emotional support to families during difficult times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in intensive care
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other care team members
• Educate and support parents on infant care, treatment plans, and discharge preparation
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
• BLS and NRP required
• NICU-specific certifications (e.g., CCRN-N or RNC-NIC) preferred
