As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and regain independence

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other therapists

• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift Options: Day or Night Shift available

• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts per week
