Job Description & Requirements

Unit Details- Procedures per Day: 8–15
- Facility Setup:
- 3 procedure rooms
- 8 pre-op beds
- 4 PACU beds
- Common Procedures:
- Colonoscopy, EGD with dilation, Barrett’s esophagus treatment
- Polypectomy, foreign body removal
- ERCP experience required
Call Requirements- Weekdays (M–F): 5:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends/Holidays: 24-hour call
- Minimum Call Requirements:
- 2 weekend calls/month
- 6 weekday night calls
- 1 holiday call during contract
Required Certifications- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Must complete Dignity Health’s procedural sedation class
- Dysrhythmia exam (UNA) prior to signing contract
- Pass/fail with 2 attempts allowed
- Screenshot proof of attempts required
- Failing = DNU for CommonSpirit (AZ/Sacramento)
Experience Requirements- Minimum 1 year Endoscopy experience
- ERCP experience is mandatory
