Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work overnight weekend shifts at Southwest FSED location

• Travel position for CT/X-Ray Tech

• Must be CT Registered

• Must have multi-tasking abilities and work independently in fast-paced environment

• Trauma and stroke experience preferred

• IV skills preferred

• Perform typical procedures including stroke, trauma, head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, and CTA

• Work with advanced CT equipment including GE Revolution 512 scanner, GE Evolution 128 scanner, GE 64 slice scanner, and GE 128 Frontier

• Use Meditech EMR system

• Must maintain positive attitude and customer service focus

• Strong communication skills required

This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center featuring a Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence and Level 1 Trauma designation. The CT department is located on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building and operates 3 CT scanners with plans for a 4th scanner. The facility maintains state-of-the-art imaging technology and provides 24/7 emergency services with specialized trauma and stroke care capabilities.
