Radiology/Cardiology - TRAVEL - Radiation Therapist -
7A - 3P 
Must have: Varian Truebeam Mosaiq 
Preferred or nice to have: Vision RT- especially DIBH treatments

Unit Information: 
Number of Beds- outpatient department 
Number of Staff- 9 
Type of staff: Day Shift: day shift; clinic open 730-5pm- 3.5 Radiation therapists, 1 RN, 1 front desk, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 1 manager, 2 Radiation Oncologists
Patient Ratios- n/a but average 18-25 patients on treatment per day 
Type of equipment- Varian Truebeam, VisionRT, GE CT 
EMR -Mosaiq 
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): All types of RT- 3D, IMRT, TBI, DIBH, SRS/SBRT 
Best personality Fit: easy going, can handle a large patient load organized, goes with the flow.
