Job Description & RequirementsEvaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Document patient progress, outcomes, and plan of care in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master���s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first approach to care. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
