Certified Diabetes Educator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator to fill an opening in Fort Myers, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Certified Diabetes Educator:
- Provide expert diabetes education and consultation to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination across the continuum.
- Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

- Minimum of 2 years experience professional practice experience in Diabetes Self-Management Education required.
- CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) Required. National Registration as an RD (if dietitian) required.
- Current license as an RN in the State of Florida or Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
