Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, 2-3 years current acute ED experience
- Critical Thnking, decisive judgement, ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Director prefers previous Meditech experience, HUGE plus
- Able to become part of the tea, efficient time management and charting
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Assesses plans and evaluates patient care needs, carries out physician orders, administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs
- Educates patients and their families, discharge planning, be a mentor to staff
