Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with both day and night shift options available
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Work independently - this is a MUST
• Must be willing to work weekends and nights
• No call responsibilities associated with position
• Operate GE 1.5 Discovery 450 CT equipment
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Perform CT scans, MRI, body scanner procedures, and X-rays
• Create accurate pictures of bones, organs, and tissues for diagnostic assessment
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT
• Preferred certifications: ACLS (not required), RT (T), ASRT, and FASRT
• Must be a critical thinker, flexible, and adaptable
• Dress code: Royal blue or white scrubs required
• 2 CT technologists work 24 hours a day with 2 CT scanners and 2 tables available

This 229-bed healthcare facility has been Joint Commission accredited and recognized as a top performing hospital since 1983. The facility is a certified primary stroke center and Blue Distinction Stroke Center with a new patient tower opening in September. The CT department operates with state-of-the-art equipment including GE Discovery 450 scanners and maintains high standards for diagnostic imaging services.
