1 year of Home Health experience required with Adult/Geri patients.
Patients are adult/geriatric general med/surg type patients.
Expectation is to see 6 patient visits per day within coverage area.
Metro E coverage area: 60630, 60618, 60625, 60646, 60659, 60660, 60657,60640, 60613, 60614 and surrounding area.
13 weeks, possible extension
Shift :8hr Day Shift (40)
Full time hours
Illinois license required
