Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Critical Care ICU position requiring night shifts, CCU experience, and an active IL RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Critical Care Unit (CCU)
- Care for critically ill adult patients in an intensive care environment
- 12-hour night shifts with a schedule of three shifts per week
- Required to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- No on-call responsibilities
- Must be available for a 13-week assignment
- Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients
- Holiday coverage is required as part of the rotating schedule
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent experience caring for CCU patients
- Experience in a mid to large-size hospital environment required
- Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
