PT needed asap for 13 weeks Monday through Friday with 2 weekend days per month Facility Setting? ARU Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No Number of beds in your facility? 37 Preferred experience level? Neuro and/or ortho inpatient experience EMR for your facility: Cerner Scrub colors / dress code: black, gray, maroon, blue Parking Location: On-site

Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

1-2 years experience
IA state license
