Key Details: Radius: Accepts locals within 50 miles (10% bill rate reduction) Shift: NBO 16 hrs EMR: EPIC Rates: OT/Holiday 1.15×, Call Back 1.5× (2 hr min), On Call $9/hr, Charge/Precept $6/hr Billable OT: After 40 hrs/week (36-40 normal), 48+ hrs/week Holidays 2025: Must work 2 of 3 winter holidays; limited time off during 11/26–11/30 & 12/23–1/2 Floating: Across all Des Moines campuses as needed
