Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and best practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress using the facility’s EMR system
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- License: Active Iowa Physical Therapist (PT) License (Must be submitted with application)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of PT experience (Travel experience preferred)
- EMR Experience: Familiarity with facility EMR systems is a plus
