American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a travel assignment in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
Responsibilities- Work within an outpatient physical therapy department
- Typical schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- 13-week assignment duration
- Responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions
- Candidates must complete the HWS LifePoint Candidate Submission Form and a skills checklist
- References are not needed at the time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active physical therapist license required if applicable
- Social Security number and date of birth are required for consideration
- COVID vaccination card required for consideration
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
- Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
- RQI certifications are not accepted
