Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist for evening general sonography shifts requiring ARDMS RDMS and OBGYN certifications, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a general ultrasound unit within a hospital setting
- Monday through Friday evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- On-call required every fourth weekend and 1–2 nights per week
- 13-week assignment
- Candidates must not reside within 75 miles of the facility
- Local candidates are not eligible
- Candidates may be asked to work across multiple departments within the hospital
- License and certifications must have no disciplinary action pending
Requirements
- Active ARDMS RDMS and OBGYN certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in general ultrasound
- Current valid state license required if applicable
- No specific EMR experience required
- Two references required for consideration
