Shift Requirements: 12 HR Days or Nights - no blocked schedule requests
• Float Requirements: Cardiac Progressive Care/Telemetry areas will float throughout those in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if assistance needed.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: every other
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: KY/Compact RN License. AHA BLS & AHA ACLS required. NIHSS required.
**EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.**
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience. Must have Level I or II Trauma Experience.
• Charting Experience Required: EPIC
• Required Skillset: Tele strip interpretation is a MUST. Depending on acuity of patients also need to be able to initiate and titrate cardiac drips. Care for post cath (femoral and radial) patients, CP and MI patients.
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 1:5 ratio
