- Minimum Experience: 2+ years current bedside RN experience
- Required Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIH Stroke Certification
- License: Must hold Kentucky RN license or Compact State RN license (active at submission)
Clinical Details:
- Patient Ratio: 1:2 (ratios may fluctuate depending on census, staffing, and call-ins)
- EMR System: Meditech
Scheduling:
- Standard Facility Schedule:
- 36/48 hour alternating bi-weekly schedule
- Unless otherwise noted for a specific job
- Start Date: Candidate must be available to start on the specified job start date
