Weekend Requirements: Yes
Holiday Requirement: 2 major and 1 minor
Call Requirement: Yes every 4th day and 1 weekend per month

Requirements:

• LA License
• 2 years experience
• Procedures, Balloon Angioplasties, PCU, Stents, Thrombectomy Cardiac/Neuro, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement, Pacemaker/Defib Device Placement, Impella Insertions, Left & Right Heart Cath, Rotablader, TAVI/TAVR, Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardio Versing, Conductions Studies, Electrophysiology Evals, & AICSs
• Philips Single plane/bi plane, Inari, Pembra, Pounce, Impella, IABP US CSI Shockwave, Rotoblade, IVUS (Boston, Phillips), Carto Abbott, & X-Per
• BLS
• ARRT
