Job DescriptionThe role requires a commitment of 7-8 weekday calls and 1 weekend call each month.
Responsibilities- Follow the Trinity Code of Conduct and comply with system policies.
- Complete all onboarding forms and verifications as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information.
- Fulfill all licensure, vaccination, and health verification requirements.
- License/Certificate Verification required for onboarding.
- Completion of a Fit Test.
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- COVID-19 Vaccine documentation.
- MMR and Hepatitis B vaccination records.
- Varicella status verification.
- Two-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test results.
- Criminal background check as part of onboarding.
- Education verification documentation.
- Trinity Skills Checklist completion.
