Assignment Details:

• Shift: Rotating 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Hours: 36 hours/week, Guaranteed

• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

• Holiday Requirements: Rotation

• On Call: None

• Floating: Required – Float Pool (will float to Med/Surg and Tele units as needed)

Position Summary:
The Progressive Care RN delivers patient-centered care for high-acuity PCU patients while supporting Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with vasoactive drips, pressors, and advanced respiratory support, and thrives in a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma environment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of inpatient experience – Required

• At least 2 years of PCU and Med/Surg/Tele experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility – Required

• Experience titrating pressors, managing vasoactive drips, patients on High Flow oxygen, and BiPAP – Required

• Previous travel experience – Preferred

• Current MA RN License – Required

• BLS (AHA) – Required
