School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Lawrence, MA

Connected Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a dynamic school team in Lawrence, Massachusetts, serving students in grades PreK–8 for the 2025–2026 school year. Position Overview:
The school-based OT will provide direct and consultative services to support students’ participation and success in the classroom. You'll work alongside teachers, special educators, and related service providers to deliver holistic, student-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine functional needs

  • Implement therapeutic activities to support motor, sensory, and cognitive development

  • Educate students and families on home-based strategies and exercises

  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and monitor individualized goals

Assignment Details:

  • Grade levels: PreK through 8

  • Hours: 37.5 per week, full school day

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain by start date)
