Years of Experience Required: 3 years.4. Skill Sets Required: Ability to read Cardiac Telemetry strips. 5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 4 to 5 Patients: 1 RN.6. Patient Population: Adult medical patients.7. Bed Count: 24.8. Census: 24.9. EMR (Charting System): EPIC.10. Floating Required: Yes.11. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, rotation required as needed to cover open night shifts. Day Rotate positions rotate a couple of shifts per month.
