Job Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for a Long Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Charlevoix, MI. Under the supervision of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader, the LVN/LPN will provide patient care in accordance with established methods and hospital procedures. This role contributes directly to a positive patient and family experience while supporting patient-centered care initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist RNs in delivering safe and effective nursing care to LTC patients

• Perform treatments, monitor patient condition, and document care provided

• Support daily activities of living and rehabilitation efforts as appropriate

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

• Uphold infection control standards, safety procedures, and facility protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience – Required

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan (or compact if applicable) – Required

Assignment Highlights:

• 12-hour day shifts

• 36 hours per week guaranteed

• Every other weekend coverage required

• No on-call
