Position: RN – ICU/IMC (Variable Shifts) Location: Iron Mountain, MI Contract Length: 13 Weeks Hours per Week: 36 Shifts: Primary: Day – 3x12-Hour (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) Alternate: Night – 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Every other weekend required Unit Details: Mixed ICU/IMC patient population ICU nurses also monitor telemetry for the entire hospital May float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, IMC, and Emergency Department as needed First to float to inpatient units Facility Systems: Paragon/Allscripts – Acute Care T-System – Emergency Department Unit Expectations: Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) AIDET communication framework and hourly rounding required All clinicians must sign an attestation confirming understanding of these practices Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/IMC experience Active Michigan RN license BLS and ACLS – Required PALS – Preferred Apply Now!!
