Travel Radiation Therapist – Oncology (Days)

Location: Petoskey, MI
Start Date: December 15, 2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Weekends/On-Call: None

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join an oncology team for a 13-week travel assignment in Petoskey, MI. The therapist will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and related procedures while maintaining compliance with safety protocols and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments

• Perform patient simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks

• Maintain and document all patient records using electronic medical records (EMR)

• Conduct routine quality assurance and control testing on equipment

• Ensure compliance with infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to support patient care goals

Submission Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Radiation Therapy experience – Required

• ARRT (T) Certification – Required

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• 1+ year of travel experience – OR post-graduate work experience with Varian and ARIA – Required

• Experience with TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy – Preferred
