Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient therapy contract with at least 1 year of recent experience.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient therapy setting with a focus on physical therapy services
- Day shift with scheduled hours from 07:00 to 19:00
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs
- Unit includes Physical Therapy and Outpatient Therapy departments
- Requested time off up to 5 days is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility have specific contract duration limits and must observe a one-year separation after three consecutive 13-week contracts
- Local candidates within 50 miles will receive a reduced bill rate
- All documentation for licensure and certifications must be current and valid
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Active physical therapy license required if applicable
- No gaps in employment of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment, unless renewal is scheduled
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs not accepted
