Establishing measurable goals, OTs help patients develop skills needed for day-to-day activities, demonstrating specialized equipment, and educating families and caregivers. From hospitals and outpatient clinics to therapy centers and home health settings, OTs excel in planning, organizing, communication, and showing patience and flexibility.
