Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Red Cloud, Nebraska.

Facility: Webster County Community Hospital (WCCH) – Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing
Location: Red Cloud, Nebraska (rural community – reliable transportation required)
Shift: 12-hour days, every other weekend
Weekly Hours: 48 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Facility Overview

• 13-bed Critical Access Hospital + attached rural health clinic
• 43-bed licensed LTC/Skilled Facility (no memory care or assisted living)
• Average census: 25–27 residents
• Staffing:
  • Day: 1 RN, 1 Med Aide, 2 CNAs, 1 Bath Aide, 1 Restorative Care CNA
  • Night: 1 RN, 1 CNA (additional CNA sometimes available 6–10 pm)
• Charting: Point Click Care
• Communication: Pagers
• Lifts: Sit-to-stand and Hoyer
• Medications: Medication carts with bubble pack; IV fluids handled at hospital
• Occasional blood draws by RN (rare; lab mostly comes from hospital)

Qualifications / Requirements

License & Certification:

• RN license in Nebraska or Compact State
• Active BLS (American Heart Association)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Long-Term Care setting
• Travel experience preferred
