**Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift (3x12-Hour)**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for night shifts. The position is for 3, 12-hour shifts per week, operating from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and infants in a high-acuity setting.
- Manage a patient ratio that promotes optimal care and effective nursing intervention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy, to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Administer and manage arterial lines and central lines, perform blood draws, and provide care for feeding (bottle, breast, gavage).
- Undertake responsibilities for ventilator management and care procedures for neonates.

**Qualifications:**
- Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in a NICU Level III/IV setting.
- Proficient in EPIC charting system.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in neonatal abstinence syndrome management, neonatal dosage calculations, and tube placements.
- Must be willing to work requirements of night shifts and weekend rotations.

**Additional Information:**
- Orientation hours: 32
- Facility accepts first-time travelers.
- Provided scrubs in blue color.
- Guaranteed hours with a contract duration of 91 days.
