We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Level III experience to join our travel nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience and be committed to providing high-quality patient care across various stages of growth and development from Pediatric to Geriatric.

• Assessment Skills: Perform thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive, and accurate.
• Clinical Skills: Deliver competent nursing care and direct patient care activities in alignment with patient care delivery and team concepts.
• Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation, following established guidelines.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate professional practice responsibility and identify areas for clinical and professional growth.
• Patient Satisfaction: Build cooperative relationships with patients, families, and team members while maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Safety: Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, ensuring safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics.
• Unit Specific Job Function: Customize patient care based on surgical procedures and types of anesthesia.
• Responsibility and Accountability: Prioritize patient care based on individual needs and changing conditions.
• Patient Education: Conduct pre-operative and postoperative assessments and educate patients and families on procedures and instructions.
• Duties Specific to PAT RN: Support timely completion of patient testing and evaluate appropriateness of pre-admission testing orders.

As defined by Occupation Safety/OMS

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years travel nursing experience and 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • BLS - Required
  • RN License - Required
  • NRP - Required
  • RNC-NIC - Preferred
• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
