Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Labor Delivery Nurse with a focus on postpartum couplet care. This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers and their newborns in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to laboring women and support during delivery.
- Administer postpartum couplet care to mothers and their infants.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Participate in continuous education and training sessions as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor Delivery Nurse within the last 6 months.
- BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications (must not have expiration within 30 days of start).
- Active NJ or Compact RN License (pending licenses are not accepted).
