2yr exp req..
PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experiend required..
Level II trauma center experience required, Level I and Teaching Hospital experience highly preferred..

NIHSS, ACLS, BLS req...
strong LVAD experience is required..
titration of insulin and cardiac drips required..
For stepdown patient is 1:4 ratio depending on staffing and patient acuity..

Patient Diagnosis:Management of Heart Transplant Patient
Management of Lung Transplant Patient
Management of Kidney Transplant Patient
Management of Pulmonary Hypertension Patient
Ostomy Care
Pain Management

Adult patients from 18 years; and patient populations include Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue, Trach/Vented patient with multi-organ issues, LVAD patient, Patients with pulmonary HTN and etc. Stable pulmonary hypertension patients requiring IV prostacyclin

. Neurologic Disorders
1. Patients who require frequent neurologic assessments (every 2 hours) or frequent suctioning or turning
a. Stable/established stroke
b. Acute traumatic brain injury
c. Intracranial hemorrhage
d. Lumbar drain placement
e. Cervical spinal cord injury
f. Stable chronic neurologic disorders (i.e. neuromuscular weakness)
g. Peri-operative neurosurgical patients
D. Drug Ingestion and Drug Overdose
1. Any patient requiring frequent neurologic, pulmonary, or cardiac monitoring
