Assignment Duration

This is a contract position scheduled to continue into January, with the earliest possible end date of January 3.

Schedule

Day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, working five 8-hour shifts per week. Additional weekend coverage may be required as well as the possibility of covering open shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist proficient in performing diagnostic X-rays and CT scans. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a radiology team and manage patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of radiographic procedures, including CT scans.
• Administer and prepare patients for procedures, including the preparation and administration of contrast media.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using Novarad PACS and RIS.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• ARRT certification required.
• Current New Jersey RT license is mandatory.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging technologies and a strong understanding of patient care.
