**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of recent experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Travel nursing experience is required, as is proficiency in high-volume and fast-paced environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Document all patient interactions and care administered in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of three years of recent experience in an ED.
- BSN is required.
- Previous travel nursing experience is a must (minimum of one completed contract assignment).
- NJ RN License or Compact License required.
- Current certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (pending certifications or those expiring within 30 days of submission are not accepted).
- Ability to work every other weekend or 3 times per month based on department needs.
- Commitment to completing orientation and onboarding requirements.

**Orientation and Onboarding:**

- Successful candidates will undergo a mandatory orientation, which must be completed in full to maintain employment status.
- Orientation includes virtual sessions and in-person classes at various locations; candidates will receive detailed instructions prior to the start date.
