Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Mids)
Location: Roswell, NM
Start Date: 10/20
Duration: 13 weeks

Position Details:

• Department: Emergency Room (23 beds)

• Patient Ratio: 1:4–6

• Shift: Mids, 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Every other weekend required

• Floating: Required, but rarely utilized

• EMR: Cerner

• Monitoring: Mindray Telemetry

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience

• Certifications: NIHSS, SAMA or CPI, ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC

Role Overview:
The Emergency Room RN is accountable for providing safe, evidence-based care to patients in the ER. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The nurse will demonstrate strong critical thinking, leadership, and clinical judgment skills to support patient safety and quality outcomes.
