Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a local travel assignment in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore strength, balance, and range of motion

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary

• Provide education to patients and families regarding at-home care and therapy exercises

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies and state regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
