Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced CVICU RN for a Level 1 Trauma facility. The ideal candidate will be skilled in caring for immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring ICU-level care, as well as other high-acuity patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions.

Required Skill Set:

• Management of immediate postoperative cardiac & vascular surgery patients

• High-acuity ICU patient care with advanced hemodynamic monitoring

• Ventilator management

• Arterial lines, spinal drains

• Hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation & monitoring

• Temporary pacemakers

• Vasoactive and inotropic drip titration

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of staff CVICU experience

• Trauma Level I experience required

• Epic experience required

• Active RN license

• BLS, ACLS
