Role Overview:
Looking for experienced CVICU nurses to care for immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients in a high-acuity ICU setting. Competencies include advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, arterial lines, spinal drains, ECG interpretation, temporary pacemakers, and vasoactive/inotropic drip titration.
Requirements:
2–3 years of staff CVICU experience
Trauma Level One experience required
Epic experience required
Competency test required within 24 hours of submission (email must be provided at time of submission)
Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and critical care skills
