Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ICU provider to care for immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring critical care. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing high acuity patients with advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
Responsibilities- Provide care for patients following cardiac and vascular surgical procedures in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage hemodynamic status, including the use of vents, a-lines, and spinal drains.
- Interpret and monitor ECG readings.
- Titrate vasoactive and inotropic drips as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- 2-3 years of staff experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
- Epic experience is required.
- Trauma Level One experience is required.
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission.
