Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior Epic experience and be competent in managing critically ill patients across various ICU environments including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and progressive critical care unit (PCCU). This role may also require the nurse to provide care for ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU while awaiting bed placement.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients across various units.
- Demonstrate competence in handling complex clinical situations.
- Float as necessary to different ICU units as required.
- Complete competency testing within 24 hours of submission.
- Epic experience is required.
- Experience in a level I trauma center preferred.
- Experience floating to different ICUs is highly desired.
