DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Nurse to join our team in a 14-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:2, ensuring personalized and effective monitoring and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex care for critically ill patients.
- Administer critical medications as per physician orders.
- Perform advanced interventions including arterial lines and central lines.
- Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and assessments.
- Provide care for patients with cardiac conditions, respiratory issues, multi-organ failure, sepsis, and high-risk post-operative recovery.
- Ensure thorough documentation of patient care and interactions.
- Active Nursys certification.
- Current nursing license valid in the state of practice.
- Completion of Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist.
- Health requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
- Valid Driver's License or State ID.
- Successful completion of a Bassett Criminal Background Check.
- Annual TB Questionnaire.
- Physical Health Statement.
- Bassett Drug Screen.
- Two Professional References.
- Resume detailing relevant experience and qualifications.
- Education verification documentation.
