Job DescriptionThe Float Pool offers flexible staffing across various facilities, requiring individuals who are highly skilled and capable of providing comprehensive patient care without additional support. Candidates must have a broad skill set and the ability to adapt to various units and patient care environments.
Responsibilities- Support med/tele and med/surg units across multiple facilities.
- Handle full scope of patient care independently.
- Float between different units as needed, potentially including Emergency Departments.
- Adjust to varying facility needs and operational demands.
- Experience in relevant units is necessary; specific preferences include:
- Med/tele experience.
- Critical care experience is required for Critical Care Float Pool.
- Experience in emergency departments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Additional health screenings and immunizations as specified by the employer.
