Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to provide quality care in an acute medical-surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and possess the required licensure and certifications.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
- Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
- Currently licensed and registered in NY State to practice as a registered professional nurse.
- 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- ANCC-Med/Surg certification preferred.
