Travel MRI Technologist – Rochester, NY
Assignment: 13 weeks | Start Date: 10/27 | Shift: 12-hour Weekend Days | Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Holidays Required

Job Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at SMH in Rochester, NY. The technologist will work full-time during the first two weeks for orientation and then transition to a weekend-only schedule. Flexibility for additional day or evening shifts may be required during orientation. This role requires proficiency with GE or Siemens MRI scanners and a strong ability to provide patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience

• Required: BLS (American Heart Association)

• Preferred: ARRT certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with GE or Siemens MRI scanners

• Proficient in non-contrast exams, routine MSK, neuro, spine, and occasional body MRI

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images

• Prepare and educate patients for MRI procedures to ensure comfort and compliance

• Coordinate with physicians to provide timely imaging results

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the MRI suite

• Document all procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality

• Provide patient care as needed during imaging procedures
