MS/Tele Registered Nurse

ScheduleDay shift, 3x12 hour (07:00 - 19:00) with the requirement to work every other weekend.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse group of patients with various medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing dysrhythmias and IV insulin protocols.
- Administer blood products and manage peripheral line care.
- Provide care for patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and chest tubes.
- Conduct daily management of PCA and cardiac drips without titration.
- Assist with wound care and wound vac management.
- Utilize Epic for charting and patient documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg/Tele nursing role.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
- Current NY nursing license required for submission.
- Must be able to float to meet facility needs.
