Travel RN – Pediatric Emergency Department
Location: Syracuse, NY
Start Date: 10/17/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule: Every other weekend and some holidays

Requirements:

• Current New York State RN license

• BLS certification (AHA) – able to be recertified

• Minimum 2 years recent Pediatric ED experience (adult ED experience a plus)

• Formal triage training and strong triage skills

• Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred

• EPIC experience preferred

• Must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform the majority of patient care skills independently

• Provide skilled nursing assessment in an acute care Pediatric ED

• Function with minimal orientation and supervision
