Facility: Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC)
Position: LPN – Long Term Care
Shift: Nights, 8-hour (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM), 37.5 guaranteed hours
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year LTC experience
- Must be able to float to all units (within same building)
- Every other weekend required
Details:
- 40-bed unit
- Patient populations: Med-Surg, Orthopedic, Dementia, Memory Care
- EMR: PointClick Care
- 75-mile radius rule (locals accepted at lower rate)
