MS RN Position

Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule12-hour shifts, Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend, holiday, and on-call duties are required.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified MS RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable floating to Med/Surg and PCU departments and possess the ability to effectively address various patient needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality patient care and assess clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual needs.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed for both patient and self.
- Utilize lifts and assist with patient mobility safely.
- Function effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent problem-solving skills.
- Assume charge nurse duties when required.
- Maintain strong communication skills to foster interpersonal relations and provide effective patient education.
- Current New York RN license.
- Minimum of 1 successful traveler assignment; first-time travelers will not be considered.
- Coronary Care experience is necessary.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- BLS certification required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
- Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.
